  • Student Data Card

    Your Student Data Card has been sent to you. Update and return card to your divisional office by Friday, July 23. 2021.

    Please note: If you can scan or take a clear picture and email it to our office please do so.

  • Health Records for All Students

    If you received a notification from the Divisional Offices about missing health information or vaccination records, please turn in an updated Student Health Record and pertinent documents when you have orientation or by first day of school at the latest.
  • Permission for Treatment Form

    The Permission for Treatment Form will be sent home in your Welcome Packet and will be due on Wednesday, July 21.

  • Parent & Student Handbook Agreement

    NOTE: The 2021-22 Parent & Student Handbook is going through revisions at this time. We will let everyone know when it is ready so you can read and complete the agreement form. Mahalo for your patience.

  • School Uniforms

    SCHOOL UNIFORMS
    Uniforms are available at our Campus Store and from Lands' End.

    Purple "We are Hanalani" shirts and PE shirts can only be purchased at our Campus Store.

    For All Students:
    Every student is required to have a purple "We are Hanalani" t-shirt, which can be purchased from the Campus Store. 

    On Wednesdays, any Hanalani shirt may be worn with uniform bottoms.

    On Fridays, Aloha attire may be worn. Please follow student handbook on specific attire rules.

    Uniforms by Division:
    • Early Childhood (K3/K4): The uniforms are PE t-shirt and shorts.
    • Elementary (K5 - 6th Grade): PE uniforms are worn on PE days (2x a week). Polo shirts and blue uniform bottoms are to be worn on all other days with exception of the optional Wednesday and Friday attire listed above..  Elementary students should have at least one purple polo shirt
    • Upper School:  Polo shirts and uniform bottoms should be worn Monday-Friday. If you are signed up for PE class, bring your PE uniform with you on PE days.
  • Transportation Pick-Up/Drop-Off Selection Form

    If you need to sign up for transportation, download, complete, and submit form ENR-14 Transportation Selection Form 2021-22 to the Upper School Office.  The ENR-14 transportation form includes policies, pricing and drop off and pick up options. Please note routes and availability are subject to change.
  • Physical Examination for Athletes

    All student-athletes in grades 7-12 must submit a valid student health physical form prior to participation. This must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician. Download and submit form to your divisional office.
  • Partnering Profile Form

    Please sign up for an event to be an active part of our school community. Download and submit a completed copy of form PAR-01 Partnering Profile 2021-22 to your divisional office by Friday, August 13, 2021.
