Ava Kaneshiro Wins FIRST PLACE in the "Sight is Beautiful" Poster Contest!
Congratulations to Ava Kaneshiro! She won FIRST PLACE in the “Sight is Beautiful” poster contest put on by the Mililani Lions Club. Mrs. Sameshima guided her Grade 2 art classes to creating beautiful posters to submit for the contest. We are proud of Ava for creating such an amazing art piece!
According to Ava’s Dad Jeremy, “Hanalani has really blessed my family. They (Ava and brother Grayson, grade 5) love art and just love learning and growing. It’s been fun to watch them blossom over the last couple of years. I’m very happy to be here.”
