Camp Palehua Blends Adventure with Exercise and Learning
LEARNING + ADVENTURE + EXERCISE!
KA IMI LOA 5th and 6th Grade students went on an adventurous hike earlier this week @camp_palehua , formerly known as Camp Timberline, nestled above Makakilo on the westside of the island.
Our intrepid students learned about invasive plants, the camps efforts to reforest the area with native Hawaiian plants, and had a great workout all in one!
