Lower School: Orientation Reminders
Our faculty and staff are excited to see students back on campus this week beginning with orientation appointments that start on Monday. Appointments are for the student and at least one parent. Here are a few reminders:

Appointment Time and Duration
An appointment slip with your designated time was included in the New Student Packet mailing. Please be on time to ensure all families will have enough time in each session.

- For Grades K3, K4 and K5, appointments are 15 minute individual sessions.
- For Grades 1 – 6, appointments are 30 minute small group sessions.
What to Bring
- School Supplies - Please bring your child’s school supplies to your appointment.
- Grades 4-6: Devices should NOT be brought to the orientation appointments.
- Devices will be set up with a teacher after the start of the school year.

- Students use the “Member Login” button to complete health check.
- Parent/Guardian/Non-student family members use the “Visitor Checker” button to complete a health check for each person.
- At your child’s grade level designated entrance, please show your IHT all-clear Green Shield, and your temperature will be taken at the door. See map of entrances here: www.hanalani.org/carline

- Parents please review these forms with your child(ren).
- One parent must login at Hanalani.org and sign these forms (Note: The form will remain visible and active on the parent’s account until the student signs off.)
- Students will sign these forms with a teacher after the start of the school year.
