Morning Meetings = Collaboration, Empathy, Reflection, and Celebration!

Morning Meetings are one-way Social Emotional Learning is incorporated in Lower School classrooms. These meetings provide students a time to connect with their peers, collaborate, and start the day with reflection. They also recognize their emotions and create a classroom community while learning about each other. Students learn discourse, empathy, and celebrate their unique abilities God has given them.

 

As you can see in these pictures, Mrs. Mollitor’s 2^nd Grade Class truly enjoy the Morning Meetings and connecting with each other.
