If you received a notification from our School Nurse about missing health information or vaccination records, please turn in an updated Student Health Record and pertinent documents when you have orientation or by first day of school at the latest.

Uniforms are from Lands' End and are available at our Campus Store. PE shirts can only be purchased at our Campus Store. Every student is required to have a purple "We are Hanalani" t-shirt from the Campus Store.

Early Childhood (K3/K4): The uniforms are PE t-shirt and shorts.
Elementary (K5 - 6th Grade): PE uniforms are worn on PE days (2x a week). Polo shirts and blue uniform bottoms are to be worn on all other days, except Wednesday when any Hanalani t-shirt can be worn with uniform bottoms. Elementary students should have at least one purple polo shirt. On Fridays, Aloha attire may be worn.
Upper School: Polo shirts and uniform bottoms should be worn Monday-Friday. If you are signed up for PE class, bring your PE uniform with you on PE days. On Wednesdays, any Hanalani t-shirt can be worn with uniform bottoms. On Fridays, Aloha attire may be worn.
If you need to sign up for transportation, download, complete, and submit form ENR-14 to the Upper School Office. The ENR-14 transportation form includes policies, pricing and drop off and pick up options. Please note routes and availbility are subject to change.
All student-athletes in grades 7-12 must submit a valid student health physical form prior to participation. This must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician. Download and submit form to your divisional office.
Please sign up for an event to be an active part of our school community. Download and submit a completed copy of form PAR-01 to your divisional office by Friday, August 14.
2020-21 School Supply List School supply packets that contain most supplies can be purchased in the campus store for grades K3-6. Store Hours 8:00am - 4:00pm, M-F
