  • New School Year Packet

    The New School Year Packet will be mailed to you.  As part of the new school year packet, you will receive hard copies of the following:
     
    1. STUDENT DATA CARD - Update, sign, scan and email the card to your child’s divisional office by Wednesday, July 13, 2022.

    2. PERMISSION FOR TREATMENT FORM -  Please sign and bring the hardcopy to your child’s orientation appointment.

    3. PARTNERING PROFILE FORM - Please sign up for an event to be an active part of our school community. Sign and bring the partnering profile form to your child’s orientation appointment.

    4. STUDENT ORIENTATION APPOINTMENT SLIP (Grades K3-6 only) - Please take note of your child’s orientation appointment time.  Call your child’s divisional office if you need to reschedule the appointment.
  • New Parent Welcome

    Admissions is hosting a virtual New Parent Welcome for all families who are new to Hanalani on Thursday, July 28, 2022.  More information will follow.
  • Student Orientation

    All students for the Lower School and all new students for the Upper School have an orientation as follows:
    • Grades K3/K4 & K5 - Individual student orientation appointments are scheduled by the Early Childhood Office
    • Grades 1-6 - Small group orientation appointments are scheduled by the Elementary Office
    • Upper school orientation on Monday, August 8, 2022, for all incoming students in Grade 7 graders and newly enrolled Upper School (grades 7-12) students.
  • Health Records

    If you received a notification from the School Nurse or the Divisional Offices about missing health information or vaccination records, please turn in an updated Student Health Record and pertinent documents when you have orientation or by the first day of school at the latest.

  • School Uniforms

    SCHOOL UNIFORMS
    Uniforms are available at our Campus Store and from Lands' End.

    Purple "We are Hanalani" shirts and PE shirts can only be purchased at our Campus Store.

    Uniforms for All Students:
    • Every student is required to have a purple "We are Hanalani" t-shirt, which is available for purchase ONLY from the Campus Store. 
    • On Wednesdays, any Hanalani shirt may be worn with uniform bottoms.
    • On Fridays, Aloha attire may be worn. Please follow the student handbook on specific attire rules.
    • All students who have PE are required to wear the gray Hanalani PE shirt, which is available for purchase ONLY from the Campus Store.

    Uniforms by Division:
    • Early Childhood (K3/K4): The daily uniform is PE t-shirt and shorts.
    • Elementary (K5 - 6th Grade): PE uniforms are worn on PE days (2x a week). Polo shirts and blue uniform bottoms are to be worn on all other days with exception of the optional Wednesday and Friday attire listed above. Elementary students should have at least one purple polo shirt.
    • Upper School:  Polo shirts and uniform bottoms should be worn Monday-Friday. If you are signed up for PE class, bring your PE uniform with you on PE days.
  • Transportation Pick-Up/Drop-Off Selection Form

    If you need to sign up for transportation, you can download, complete, and submit form ENR-14 Transportation Selection Form 2022-23 to the Upper School Office. The ENR-14 transportation form includes policies, pricing and drop off and pick up options. Please note routes and availability are subject to change and seats are limited.
  • Physical Examination for Athletes

    All student-athletes in grades 7-12 must submit a valid student health physical form prior to participation. This must be completed, signed, and dated by a physician. Download and submit form to your divisional office.
