Upper School’s Korean Culture class celebrated Korean Thanksgiving Day (Chuseok) by cooking Yachaejeon (Vegetable pancake) and Kimchijeon (Kimchi pancake).

Students learned how to prepare these traditional Korean snacks as a cultural and hands-on learning experience. This meaningful and engaging activity enabled our students to understand and appreciate Korean heritage and traditions. Plus, it’s a tasty way to learn!
