Lower School Ka Imi Loa students learned about the Hawaiian land management system, ahupua‘a. An ahupua‘a is a wedge-shaped land section running from the mountain to the sea.
Students learned how efficient and sustainable this system is. They created their own ahupua‘a to reinforce what they learned.
