Once upon a time, in our Lower School kingdom of Hanalani...

Once upon a time, in our Lower School kingdom of Hanalani, there existed a merry band of Kindergarten(K5), Grade 1, and Grade 2 subjects who took delight in partaking in their Fairytale Read-Aloud Event – the grand finale of their STEAM Week project!
 
Our students and teachers dressed up as their favorite fairytale characters and got to decide how their fairytale story played out by choosing different options for the storyline. 
 
MAHALO to Mrs. Teri Sameshima, Mr. Justin Knapp, Mrs. Janelle Phillips, and Mrs. Kelli Bellino for helping to make this event possible.
 
KUDOS to Grade 1 teacher, Mrs. Summer Tan for writing the lyrics and to Lower School Music teacher, Mr. Justin Knapp, for writing the music for the song our students performed.
