Grade 1 students set out on an ambitious project to interview our Hanalani Schools Community Helpers. Their Project Based Learning (PBL) Driving Question: How can we as 1st grade news reporters share more information about our Hanalani Schools Community Helpers? 
They interviewed many of our faculty, staff, and administrators for their project and it was a wonderful experience for all involved. 
 
MAHALO to our student news reporters for doing a great job in front of the camera and asking the tough questions! Also to our first grade teachers, Miss Sowers, Mrs. Tan, and Mrs. Horsey, for all your hard work and gumption for taking on this PBL.
