Grade 5 students made fresh salsa using ingredients they harvested from the Eco Lab as part of their Growing Aloha project. Being good stewards of the land, they also worked and cleaned up the garden. The experience fostered Servant Leadership and built up their appetites to enjoy the tasty salsa and chips!
